Vibrational Law & Order

It was the entertainment business that led me to AmpCoil.
Living in New York City as a young actress who is not related to a millionaire hollywood director is not for the faint of heart. Pounding the pavement in the city that never sleeps everyday auditioning, commuting, working, struggling and always on the verge of becoming the proverbial lamb to the slaughter...is not for the thin-skinned. Having to look good, perform sensationally, accept rejection as the norm, always be broke and dim my inner light when on the subway or after midnight on the walk home from the falafel joint...these are experiences that became tones in my soundtrack. I was a sensitive human surviving in the concrete jungle and eventually I clawed my way into health, healing, and resonance.
I loved working for two years alongside the cast and crew on Law & Order: SVU as Mariska's full time Stand In. Though they were absorbing very grim scripts about nasty crimes "ripped from the headlines"... once the director called out "cut!", these actors were the funniest bunch of people I have ever witnessed in my life. Among many side-splitting moments of comic synergy between the co-stars, I remember Ice-T protecting me from a lewd joke saying "Hey now there's a lady present!" And Chris Meloni - like an over-animated Gomer Pile... shoved his head between me and Ice-T shouting "Where?! Where?!"
Mariska held her own as a magnanimous powerhouse, full of heart, humor and raw talent. Everyone there kept their spirits up despite their own personal stories mixed in with the dark gloomy ambiance required for the theme of the hit show.
My time working 15-hour days on that NBC Universal set -- very often five days a week -- has become a cross section in my memory of transmuting dense negativity and exhaustion into higher vibrational reality. I was going through one of the worst times of my life while having to show up intact for work amongst the moviestars and hollywood moguls. Through entrainment, and with continuing life experience and phoenixing, I learned to adjust to the positivity-mindset and abundance frequency of successful, magical, happy badasses.
Frequency Balancing as a Norm
Today I live a very different lifestyle outside of NYC, thankfully. I think of vibrational healing and frequency balancing as a vehicle for supporting our natural God-given abilities to feel at home in our bodies, to shed unwanted illnesses, and to have sustained clarity and levity even when the world is happening. "If you want to learn the secrets of the universe, you have to think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration", a famous person once said.
