About Ellie

I became an energy advocate during my career as an actress in the entertainment industry. Living in New York City for an extended period, I experienced firsthand the toll of high-stress city living. My on-camera acting work led me to improve my overall health with more sustainable digestive and lifestyle modifications. I attended in-person classes at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC and I later went on to launch the wellness concierge program at Organic Avenue; a company with 10 storefronts in NYC. With this trailblazing company, I was honored to arrange for the highest quality glass-bottled fresh-pressed juice to be provided to high-calibrating magnates like Deepok Chopra, Thich Nhat Hanh, and a revolving roster of celebrities and busy New Yorkers.

I subsequently ventured into skincare campaigns, commercial work, and reporting for “New York’s Latest” and I brought my health-forward counseling expertise to NBC Universal film sets. I introduced organic catering and juice cleanses to the set of Law & Order: SVU, where I also worked alongside Mariska Hargitay for two years as her Stand In.

I believe frequency balancing to be a treasure trove of growth potential.

into my life I have experienced incredible shifts in my physical and mental and vibrational health. Through working with this transformational technology, I am inspired to help others release stuck energy and gain clarity of mind, body and spirit in this epic hero's journey that we call life.
